Description
Amirror that contains all the charm and style of the Space Age era. Made in Italy around the 70s and designed by Franz J. Sartori, it was probably produced by Cristal Arte. “The perfect circle” is the element that characterizes this vintage mirror, this geometric element is in fact replicated, concentrically, 4 times. A Navy Blue circle is silkscreened on the mirror creating 3 concentric circles, the fourth is given by the large frame of the mirror in Blue / Green Smoked glass. Thanks to the application of a thin layer of silver or aluminum, fixed to the glass by electrolysis, the frame has a mirrored effect that increases its refractive capacity. Consisting of 2 levels, the first is given by the smoked glass, framed by a black stained wood veneer, the second is given by the mirror applied above. The design and materials used are typical of the Italian production of glass furnishing accessories from the 1970s, produced by companies such as Veca, Cristal Art or by the historic company Fontana Arte. The mirror is intact and stable, without breaks or chips, it shows very minimal signs of use and aging visible in the photos and video.
