Start by submitting the Request Availability form with your date, installation address and preferred package. We’ll check the schedule, inventory and service area, then send your confirmed quote and secure Review & Sign link.

No. Your request lets us review the details, but your date is reserved only after you sign the rental agreement and successfully pay the 50% reservation payment.

A 50% reservation payment is due after we confirm your date, package, installation address and final price. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file seven days before the celebration. Reservations made within seven days of the celebration require full payment at booking. If the final payment is declined, Yard Yay will notify the customer and provide 48 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received, the reservation may be canceled and the reservation payment forfeited.

We’ll send a secure Yard Yay link where you can review your quote, read and electronically sign the rental agreement, and continue to Stripe for payment. Please save or print the completed agreement for your records.

Your quote will show the package, approved personalization or upgrades, travel fee, and applicable taxes before you sign or pay. Delivery, professional installation and scheduled removal are included within our core service area.

No. Installation and removal are included in your YardYay package, and tipping is never required. If you believe our team provided exceptional service, you may leave an optional tip after installation. One hundred percent of tips go to the team members assigned to your celebration.

Request as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays and popular celebration dates. We may accommodate shorter notice when the schedule and inventory allow, but availability is not guaranteed until the booking is completed.

Yes. A personalized name of up to nine letters can be added for $50. We’ll confirm letter availability and the final layout before payment.

Yes. One oversized age number is $35, and a two-digit age is $55. Number availability and placement are confirmed with your quote.

The package image shows the intended size, style and overall design. Colors, accent pieces and exact placement may vary slightly due to inventory, lawn conditions, safety and visibility.

We serve Deltona and nearby communities, including all or portions of Orange City, DeBary, Lake Helen, Enterprise, Osteen, DeLand and Sanford. The exact installation address determines service eligibility and any travel fee.

Travel within 15 miles of Deltona is included. The fee is $25 for 15–20 miles and $50 for 20–25 miles. Locations beyond 25 miles are reviewed individually. The website map and ZIP checker provide estimates only.

Standard installation is 6:00–10:00 PM the evening before the celebration. Standard removal is 7:00–11:00 PM on the celebration date, with a 7:00–10:00 AM next-morning backup when approved. These are service windows, not exact arrival appointments.

Yes. Priority Installation is $39 and means ready by 7:00 AM. Early-Morning Priority Installation is $75 and means ready by 5:30 AM. The ready-by time is guaranteed once confirmed; it is not an exact crew-arrival time.

Upload a clear daytime yard photo with the desired spot marked, choose the facing direction and add instructions. An optional physical marker labeled “YARDYAY — CENTER” can identify the center point. We may make reasonable safety, access, irrigation or visibility adjustments.

Please clear the installation area of vehicles, debris, toys and pet waste; unlock gates; secure pets; and turn off sprinklers before installation and while the display is present. The lawn must be safe and suitable for staking.

Before installation, identify irrigation lines and heads, invisible fencing, landscape lighting, shallow utility lines, septic components and other hidden systems. We may adjust or decline a location if it cannot be installed safely.

Yes. You are responsible for permission from the property owner, landlord, homeowners association or venue and for following their rules. A permission problem after booking does not waive the signed cancellation terms.

With at least seven days’ notice, payments may be transferred one time to another available date. The new date is subject to schedule and inventory availability. Requests with less than seven days’ notice forfeit the reservation payment.

Cancellation terms depend on timing. Requests made with less than seven days’ notice forfeit the reservation payment. Cancellations within 48 hours or after preparation has begun may be nonrefundable as explained in the signed rental agreement.

Safety comes first. We may delay, modify, remove or cancel because of lightning, high winds, flooding, saturated ground or another unsafe condition. If Yard Yay determines before installation that we cannot install safely, you may choose a refund or a credit toward another available date.

No. Please do not move, remove, sit on, climb on or attach anything to the display. Only Yard Yay may install, relocate or remove equipment. Contact us immediately if something has shifted or needs attention.

Contact Yard Yay immediately. Damage or loss caused by customers, guests, pets, lawn service, vehicles, sprinklers or unauthorized handling may be charged at reasonable repair or replacement cost under the signed agreement.

We may photograph the completed installation for condition documentation. We’ll request separate permission before using identifiable people, names, house numbers or private details in marketing. You may decline portfolio or social-media use before installation.
