Keeping the surprise smooth

  • The purchaser remains our primary contact unless they authorize someone else.
  • We do not contact the recipient when “Keep it a surprise” is selected.
  • Property-owner or resident permission and safe lawn access are required before installation.
  • The date is reserved only after the agreement is signed and the reservation payment is received.

Will the recipient know who sent the display?

That is your choice. Add a short gift message to the request, or ask us to keep the sender private while we coordinate the installation with you.

Can this be a complete surprise?

Yes, when safe property access and permission can be confirmed without contacting the recipient. Select “Keep it a surprise” and provide any gate, sprinkler, pet or lawn details we should know.

Do I pay when submitting the form?

No. We first confirm the date, package, installation address, travel fee and property details. You’ll then receive the secure Yard Yay agreement and payment link.

Can the recipient choose the package later?

This page is for arranging a specific display and date. If you want the recipient involved, submit the request with their preferred contact details and authorize us to coordinate with them.
