What makes a referral qualify?
- The referrer previously completed a paid Yard Yay rental.
- The referred friend is a new customer and identifies the referrer in the initial availability request.
- The new rental is confirmed, fully paid and completed without cancellation, refund or chargeback.
- Only one referral reward is applied to each new-customer booking.
- The referral is not a self-referral, duplicate request or referral from the same household.

How does my friend claim the $10 discount?
During the availability request, your friend should enter your full name and the email address used for your completed Yard Yay booking. We’ll verify the referral before showing the final quote.
When do I receive my $10 credit?
After your friend’s qualifying rental is fully paid and completed, Yard Yay will email your credit details to the verified address connected to your prior booking.
Is the business Referral Partner Program the same as this customer program?
No. This page explains customer-to-customer rewards. Approved business partners follow separate terms: a flat $25 reward for an eligible new customer whose qualifying display subtotal is $149 or more, paid after installation is completed and payment is received in full. The $149 Single-Clown Celebration meets the display subtotal minimum.
Can a referral reward be combined with another offer?
Referral discounts and credits cannot be combined with another coupon, promotional discount, partner referral or reward unless Yard Yay states otherwise in writing.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. You may earn one $10 credit for each separate qualifying referral. Credits may not be stacked on the same rental unless Yard Yay approves it in writing.
Can I receive cash instead of a Yard Yay credit?
No. Customer referral rewards are promotional credits only, have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.
Can the program change?
Yard Yay may update, pause or end the program and may deny rewards connected to fraud, abuse, duplicate claims or inaccurate information. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect a reward already earned under the program rules.
