A little preparation helps us bring the Yay safely.
Use this checklist before your scheduled installation so the display area is accessible, safe and ready for staking.
Before we arrive
Your installation-ready checklist
Complete these items before the beginning of your confirmed appointment window.
Turn off sprinklers
Disable irrigation before installation and keep it off while the display is present.
Clear the display area
Remove vehicles, toys, decorations, branches, debris and pet waste from the planned installation space.
Provide property access
Unlock required gates and make sure the installation area can be reached during the confirmed appointment window.
Secure pets
Keep pets indoors or safely separated from the installation team and display area.
Identify hidden systems
Tell us about irrigation lines and heads, invisible fencing, landscape lighting, septic components and other shallow systems.
Permission and safe placement
Customers are responsible for property-owner, landlord, HOA or venue permission. Yard Yay may adjust or decline a placement when the ground, weather, access or hidden systems make installation unsafe.
While the display is installed
Help keep every piece safe.
- Do not move, remove, climb on or allow play around display pieces.
- Keep lawn crews, sprinklers and landscaping work away from the display.
- Contact Yard Yay if weather, damage or a property concern affects the installation.
- Allow Yard Yay to remove the display during the confirmed pickup window.

Available seven days a week by scheduled appointment. Your confirmed timing will be included with your booking details.
