Description
A handsome small Victorian table dating to the mid 19th century.
Made of solid oak and modestly sized it is ideal for a hallway, lounge or dining room, perfect for use as a console table and with the ability to be used as an extra dining table when desired.
The table has a demi lune top and a single drawer to the front which is attractively carved.
The back features a drop leaf which can be folded down when not in use and when needed, sits on a gate leg that draws open from underneath.
The wood to the base is wonderfully patinated, dark and rich from years of being polished.
The top has a later restored finish which has a lovely mid sheen.
