Description
Albarelli are ancient containers for conservation, in this case of Borace (Borax), often used in ancient pharmacies and shops. Their unique shape has been designed to adapt to dozens of others on a shelf. This very rare albarello with blue -majolica motifs was found, together with other pieces made of the same age on the same model to adapt, probably, to this and other ancient pieces, in an ancient house in the Romagna hinterland.
