Description
This is an antique, 19th-century hardwood table. The heavy piece is carved from a single piece of hardwood. This exotic piece makes for an interesting side or lamp table. The stepped plinth base mirrors the top bringing symmetry to the piece with the circular stem featuring pierced, ridgeback decoration and symbolic geometric carvings to the central column. The top is made of a solid piece of timber and has acquired an aged ripple, adding charm and interest.
