Description
Ecole de Paris is an original contemporary artwork realized in 1969 by Antoni Clav. A mixed colored lithograph on vlin d’Arches. Hand signed on the lower right margin Numbered on the lower left Edition of 56/200. Antoni Clav was a Spanish painter and sculptor, born in 1913 in Barcelona. He studied at the Art College of Barcelona. He then moved to Paris, where he met Picasso and took inspiration from the works by Vuillard and Bonnard. He participated in many personal and collective exhibitions throughout the world. His technique involved a mixture of painting, impasto, collages, and prints. In 2005, he died in Saint-Tropez.
