Description
Large delicately glazed charger dish or wall platter in sgrafitto technique. Depicting a female in ballroom dress. It is hand signed Tilgmans, Sweden, indistinguishable initials/marking. It was probably made by Marian Zawadzki in the mid 1950s who popularized this technique from 1953 onwards. Measurements: D: 31 cm, H: 5.5 cm. Well-kept, clean and intact condition.
