Description
Large Italian Renaissance-Revival chest of drawers with mirror top. Tuscany, early 20th century. Solid walnut as well as veneered on pine.
Side coffered chest of drawers with 4 large drawers under a slightly overhanging profiled top plate. Wide fluted pilasters of Corinthian order decorating the pilaster strips ending in 2 fully sculpted lion feet. All 4 drawers can be opened and closed by 2 large wooden knobs each.
A mirror in aedicule motif is attached and fastened with 2 wooden dowels.
