Description
This charcoal was made by Ch. Direnger or Diringer, to be confirmed because the signature is difficult to identify. It is beautifully made, it represents a woman in 1845. The work also dates from this period. A double technique, probably gouache for the neck. It is served by a nice gilded frame with gold leaf. There is no protective glass.
Attention, this work is very pitted and very damaged. We are selling it as is, unrestored, you have to accept the defects due to age.
For the condition, let us note stains, freckles and scratches, a small tear in the paper. Also note some wear and rubbing on the frame.
For the condition thank you to detail the pictures.
