Description
Ramon Duran Font pencil drawing. Made in Spain, circa 1960. Hand signed. About the artist: For almost 50 years, he worked at El Arte Cristiano, the first religious imagery workshop to open in Olot, founded in 1880 by the landscape painters Joaquim and Mari Vayreda. The hands of Ramon Duran Font (Les Preses, 1939) have produced hundreds of saints, Easter floats and nativity figures, sometimes life-size: baby Jesus, shepherds with lambs on their shoulders and the Three Wise Men on their camels.
