Description
Hala scissor wall light, designed by H. Busquet. Original 1950s production. Very practical scissor arm and adjustable shade. Thanks to the die cut starr pattern and the yellow-black color scheme this light evokes a typical fifties atmosphere.
The light can easily be mounted to the wall. The metal scissor arm can adjust in depth from 30 up to 75 cm. It can also move from left to right. Size of the shade is 13×11.5 cm.
Very good condition, all electric parts have been checked. Lightsource: normal E27 bulb holder, suitable for modern LED bulbs. Wiring renewed through the whole lamp!
HALA was one of the Dutch progressive lighting companies which became succesfull during the 1950s. The designs are influenced by Arteluce, Anvia and Stilnovo.
