Description
Antique Spanish painting dated 1883. Oil on canvas artwork depicting a particular still life with fruit, vegetables and lobster of good pictorial quality. Painting adorned with a modern sculpted and silver frame with a strong visual impact. Painting signed and dated lower left R. Planells (see photo) referable to the Spanish painter Ricard Planells, lacking authentication. Artwork that develops horizontally, the details of the woven wooden basket are pleasant (see photo). Painting that has undergone conservative restoration, relining, replacement of the frame and restoration of color in some places (see photo). It has a very small drop of color on the onion at the bottom right (see photo). Overall, it is in a good state of conservation. Sight size H 51 x W 81 cm.
