Description
Stoneware figurine of a Barn Owl designed by Paul Hoff for the Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory from 1984. In original and perfect condition. The figurine is signed. The Barn Owl figurine was part of a limited series of five endangered animals (1982-87). Stoneware was only sold in the NK department store in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Paul Hoff is one of Sweden’s leading and recognized ceramic and glass artists. He has collaborated with such famous artists as Berndt Friberg, Lisa Larson and Stig Lindberg.
