An early Scissor Wall Lamp design ca 1920-1930.
The lamp hinges via the mounting bracket and the extendable scissor arm that allows variation of length and angle.
The scissor arm mechanism and wall bracket are made of a beautiful quality bronze, very well constructed and offer complete stability in any position.
The lampshade belongs originally to this lamp.
The top of this shows damage, please see the photo of this.
Otherwise in wonderful condition with beautiful old patina.
A scissor lamp like this is truly unique and radiates complete authenticity.
